NewsChannel 9 has obtained a copy of the indictment involving Jonathan Greene, a teacher at Signal Mountain Middle High School, and his wife Jacqueline Newman..

Police say Newman was working as a pharmacy technician at Walgreen's on Brainerd Road, when the crimes took place..

Investigators say Newman would fill fraudulent prescriptions of Hydro-codone and Xanax, and then she and Greene would sell the pills..

The couple is scheduled to be in court on August 14th..
