The 16-year-old boy charged in the Lookout Valley triple murder case has been released on bond.
Just days ago Hamilton County Judge Rob Philyaw ruled that Jacob Allison will be tried as an adult in connection with a triple murder and one attempted murder that happened in Lookout Valley back on April 9th.
John Lang, 53; Caleb Boozer, 29, and Jon Morris, 24 were all killed in the incident. A 16-year-old boy was also shot.
Allison was given a $525,000 bond, which was posted for Allison's release on Aug. 23.
Two other suspects charged in the case are still behind bars.
Derek Morse is being held without bond. Authorities say he was already on probation at the time of his latest arrest.
