Two children (belonging to his girlfriend) were also discovered living in the home, which is a violation of his status of probation as a sex offender.
Saenz was charged with Trafficking in Marijuana, Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Tools for the Commission of a Crime, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Failure to Register (correct residence) as a Sex Offender.
