Victim Identified in Deadly Crash in Bradley County Tuesday
A Riceville, Tenn. woman was killed in a serious accident in Bradley County Tuesday night.

The 2-car accident happened at 6933 North Lee Highway, north of Cleveland, just before 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.

When EMS crews arrived they found a T-bone type collision. A Mustang had been hit in the passenger side by a Ford pickup truck. The passenger in the car, Misty D. Keppela, 35, was killed. The driver, Donald F. Massey, 51, was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries.

The two people in the pickup truck were not seriously hurt.

According to the official Tennesse Highway Patrol accident report, Massey turned in front of the pickup truck, and the report indicated he had been drinking and using drugs. No charges have been filed at this point, but the investigation continues.
