Sinkhole Update: I-24 Still on Track to Reopen Saturday

The Tennessee Department of Transportation says it's still on track to fill this giant sinkhole by Saturday.
Work continues Friday on Interstate 24 eastbound near the Grundy/Coffee County line. The 25 foot deep sinkhole appeared Tuesday morning.
No drivers were hurt.
If you travel that way you'll still need to detour onto Hwy 41 until the interstate's reopened.
TDOT wasn't able to provide us an exact time on what time that would happen.
