How You Can Volunteer for Swine Flu Vaccine Tests

Health officials have warned of a second surge of the H1N1 virus in the upcoming flu season. To get ready -- the government is looking for volunteers for the first vaccine.
They're using several main study sites across the country and Vanderbilt University is among the eight. First, doctors will test different doses of the vaccine in healthy adults, giving them two shots 21 days apart. By early September, scientists should have the first clue - how much immune protection that initial dose triggers.
