Children

The Children's Television Act of 1990 established a specific programming obligation for every commercial television station to "serve the educational and informational needs of children" through overall programming and at least three hours per week of "core" programming specifically designed with educational and informational content.

Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 73.2536 (a)(8)(iii) of the FCC Rules, WTVC's Childrens Television Programming Reports are kept in the WTVC-TV Public Inspection File.
