Lookouts Pound Suns

Comments 0 | Recommend 0

The Southern League north division-leading Chattanooga Lookouts hung a crooked number on the board in the third inning of Monday night's game with the Jacksonville Suns at AT&T Field.

Lucas May and Russell Mitchell both singled home a run. Tommy Giles doubled home two more, then, with two out, James Tomlin singled home another run before Ramon Nivar capped off the eight-run inning with a three-run homer.

Giles tacked on a two-run homer in the 6th inning... 4 RBI for the rightfielder in the 10-2 Lookouts win.

They'll hit the road now to play at West TN and Sevierville.  The next home game will be August 22nd, hosting the Mississippi Braves.  It'll be NewsChannel9 ball-night at the ball park.
