Charleston's Maggie Scott Wins Senior Amateur Title, Again

Maybe they should rename the Tennessee women's senior amateur golf championship the Maggie Scott invitational.  The Charleston, TN veteran won her 7th state amateur title today, shooting a final round 74 for a 3-day total of 13-over-par 226 at the Links at Kahite in Vonore. 

Actually maybe they could call it the Connie Day/Maggie Scott invitational... the championship trophy is named after Connie Day, who's from Cleveland.

Debbie Durham, of Signal Mountain, finished in 2nd place, 3 shots behind Maggie.

Lisa Daubner and Linda Mullins, both of Cleveland, tied for 5th... Chattanooga's Georgia McCravey tied for 7th.
